Amma’s Visit to Finland
After six long years, we are excited to announce that Amma is returning to Finland to inspire, uplift and embrace us with her love. Finland is the only Nordic country included in Amma’s European tour program. The public programs, open to everyone and free of charge, will be held at Espoo Metro Arena. You are warmly welcome!
See below for the program schedule and other practical information.
“A continuous stream of love flows from me to all of creation. This is my inborn nature. My duty is to console those who are suffering.”

To receive Amma’s darshan, please arrive early, as the number of tokens may need to be limited. Before receiving a token, a volunteer will fill out the anonymous electronic registration form on your behalf (no personal data is asked) to ensure the queue proceeds as smoothly as possible.
The evening programs continue until everyone who has received a token has also received Amma’s darshan. On Monday evening, it is recommended to arrive already at 18:00 for seating guidance. Meals are available during the programs.

Amma’s programs are organized entirely by volunteers. You are warmly welcome to join and help — both in preparing for the event and during the program. Even just a few hours of your time make a valuable contribution. Sign up and be part of the team!
You may either contact the seva desk during the program or pre-register using this form up to one week before the event.
Donate to support Amma’s visit
Amma’s programs are free of charge. The costs of Amma’s visit are covered mainly through donations and fundraising, which is a significant challenge for our local association. That is why even the smallest contribution is warmly welcome. Material and supply donations are also appreciated.
All proceeds from Amma’s public programs will go directly to Amma’s many humanitarian projects. Your financial support immediately benefits the work to which Amma has dedicated her life. None of your donation will be used for administrative costs, as both Amma Center Finland and Amma’s organizations operate entirely through volunteer service.

FAQ

Getting a token
A token system is set up to allow you to enjoy the activities offered in the hall while waiting for your embrace.
This free token is distributed onsite only, before each program, on a first-come, first-served basis. Each person, including babies, must be present to receive their token.
Amma’s visit attracts a growing number of people, so there can be long lines to receive token and then to receive her embrace. Planning to arrive early is the best option. If you arrive late, you may only have a darshan token for the next program.
Joining the darshan queue
Your darshan token will have a number. When your number is displayed, it is time to join one of the two lines that lead to Amma.
If you wish, fruits, plants and garlands can be purchased at the entrance of the darshan line. These offerings are a traditional custom in India as symbols of our gratitude.
Strollers and luggage
Unfortunately, strollers and large bags cannot be taken inside. Please leave strollers in the designated stroller area in the entrance hall, and bags in the space provided near the coat racks.
Please note that the coat racks and stroller area are unattended, and the organizer cannot take responsibility for any items left there. Thank you for your understanding!
Needing assistance
A team is available to welcome and accompany people requiring special assistance: people in wheelchairs, with reduced mobility and with serious health problems. We welcome these persons in a reserved area and keep a space inside the halls to facilitate their movements. The lobbies usually have access for disabled people.
Only one person can accompany the person requiring assistance. Other family members will need to join the main queue.
Important: there is no priority of passage, so please allow sufficient time.I

Free of charge program
In each country, hundreds to thousands of volunteers make it possible to invite Amma.
We aim at balancing the expenses of the event thanks to the meals, benefits and specific program donations. This allows us to ensure that the proceeds from the stores and donations made during the program are fully donated to Amma’s humanitarian initiatives, and the public can continue to enjoy Amma’s visit for free..
Can I ask Amma a Question?
Amma answers questions during the morning programs. However, the number of questions is limited. It is, therefore, recommended that you arrive early, well before the program to ensure that you have a chance to ask a question. Please contact the question assistant in front of the hall.
What Is a Prasad?
Prasad means a blessed gift. After the embrace, Amma will place a sweet wrapped in a rose petal in your hand. Sometimes Amma may also give you a fruit or Vibhuti that is holy ash.
Bringing a pet
Pets are not permitted in the programs.
There can be an exception for service animals.

Programs are free and open to all people. Shops’ proceeds and donations support Amma’s humanitarian initiatives across the globe.

The energy of pure love is within you: it only needs to awaken.
– Amma
